Born in 1955, Tomasz Kucharski is a self-taught painter from Poland. Kucharski's artistic creations utilize both oil and acrylic techniques. He implements ready-made elements, collages and photographs onto his paintings. 

He continually searches to find and create new technologies and manners of painting through his work and everything is a source of inspiration for Kucharski, allowing him to take joy in the act of painting. Kucharski's paintings primarily consist of portraits of people but represented in an abstract way, bound only by the limits of his imagination, which in his opinion is "the most important thing in artistic creativity.”
